• You will work alongside our Creative Director & UI/UX Lead, UX Senior and other members of the UX team where you will contribute on various forms of product critical UI design as well as other related design-work, our supporting websites and brainstorming about how we can keep improving our online presence.

You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

You should have at least 3 solid years experience in UI/App design and preferably 5 years or more, experience in web/media (just graphical or web experience won’t cut it).
You can make your point well when you communicate, but are also open to team suggestion.
You have up to date knowledge of web and design trends and a strong understanding of todays’ and tomorrows’ technology.

Cloud9 IDE is looking for a Web Development Tester to thoroughly test our online IDE and website. We’re looking for someone with 1-5 years experience in (automated) testing and Unix/Linux. You are precise and accurate, someone who exhaustively tests every aspect of our IDE, runs automated tests and probes our website to find hidden bugs. You will be joining a team of gifted, enthusiastic hardworking code-lovers from all around the world in our fun office in central Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly test our website and online IDE
• Setting up automated tests in Selenium
• File bug reports in Github

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years experience in software testing, Unix/Linux and programming
• A hacker type of guy who wants to deliver the absolute best for the absolute best online IDE. No 9 till 5 personality.
• Javascript, Redis, Node.js and Selenium experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
